Creating this salon has been more than just starting a business for me. It’s been about building a space where everyone feels welcomed, relaxed, and cared for.

I’m passionate about what I do and love keeping up with new trends while still making sure every client leaves feeling like the best version of themselves. Whether you’re coming in for a big transformation or just a little self care, I want every appointment to feel personal, fun, and real.

Meet Shannon! She’s our nail tech and truly loves what she does. Shannon has a creative eye and pays attention to every little detail, whether you want something simple and natural or bold and fun.

She loves helping clients feel confident and taken care of, and she always makes sure everyone leaves happy with their nails. Shannon is easy to talk to, welcoming, and passionate about bringing your nail ideas to life..

Tammy McConkey

I’m Tammie McConkey, and I’ve been doing hair for years. I truly love helping people feel good about themselves and leave the salon feeling more confident than when they walked in. I enjoy everything from simple, everyday styles to helping clients try something new and fresh.

Outside of the salon, my family is a huge part of my life. I have a big family, and I love spending time with them whenever I can. Balancing work and family keeps life busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love getting to know my clients and making every appointment feel comfortable, fun, and welcoming.

Amara Bolinger

Hi, I’m Amara! I do hair, Gel-X nails, and lashes, and I love helping clients feel confident and beautiful. I’m a proud mom and fiancée who enjoys spending quality time with family whenever I can. I also love keeping up with the latest beauty trends and bringing fresh, stylish looks to my clients every day.

Haley Miller

Hey! I’m Haley. I’m a hairstylist, nail tech, and lash artist who loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful. When I’m not at the salon, I’m usually spending time with my family on our farm or heading to horse shows with my husband. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every client and helping bring their beauty goals to life.

Redena Harris

Meet Redena, the friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly at Styles and Files Salon. As Leann’s mother and the salon receptionist, she brings warmth and kindness to everyone who walks through the door. Whether she’s answering calls, scheduling appointments, or catching up with clients, Redena always makes people feel welcome and right at home. Known for her caring personality and love for people, she helps create the comfortable, family atmosphere that makes the salon so special.

Hi, I’m Lily! I’m a nail tech who loves creating fun, unique sets that allow my clients to express their personality. When I’m not at the salon, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. I’m passionate about helping my clients feel confident and excited about their nails. I’m always excited to try new designs and continuing growing my skills.

I’m ClaraBeth, and I truly enjoy helping my clients feel confident, beautiful, and their best selves. I love creating a comfortable space where you can relax, feel heard, and leave feeling refreshed. When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me making memories with my kids and husband and enjoying all the little moments that make life special.
